If a business has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau, it means BBB has determined that the business meets accreditation standards which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. The reason that I provided you with this information is because if you go to Cinergy Health's website they indicate that they are a accredited business with the BBB. They actually linked it to the same link that I have provided. Look at it for yourself. It says in plain letters:
This company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. This fact does not disparage the company in any way.
IF THEY CAN'T EVEN MANAGE THEIR WEBSITE, HOW CAN I EXPECT THEM TO MANAGE MY HEALTH CARE !!!
How nice of Cinergy Health to provide you with a link to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. If they know how to remove the link, please feel free to use the one that I provided.
